Wynn Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

Tutor Saliba's construction of the Wynn Encore included a 53-story high-rise hotel with 2,034 guest rooms, casino, restaurants, retail stores, spa, convention facilities, pools, and parking structure.  Completed in 2009, with a $1.3 billion contract amount.

Planet Hollywood Towers

Tutor Saliba's construction of the Planet Hollywood Towers included two 50-story luxury condominium towers with elevated pool deck and 30,000 square feet of meeting space.  Completed in 2009, with a $1 billion contract amount.

Los Angeles Police Administration Building

Tutor Saliba's construction of the Los Angeles Police Administration Building included an 11-story, 500,000 square foot building with office space for over 2,100 police personnel.  Completed in 2009, with a $234 million contract amount.

Alameda Corridor

Tutor Saliba's construction of the Alameda Corridor included design-build of railroad transportation corridor with a 10 mile long trench and 29 concrete bridges.  Completed in 2002, with a $783 million contract amount.

I-80 West Approach to Bay Bridge

Tutor Saliba's construction of the I-80 West Approach to Bay Bridge included a seismic safety project to rebuild and reinforce the major freeway artery through downtown San Francisco.  Completed in 2008, with a $228 million contract amount.
